Escola Mais Experience
Where families experience the methodology before they enroll.
Escola Mais Experience turned school open houses into hands-on, three-hour journeys, letting families explore the school's non-traditional teaching approach while students dove into technology and robotics workshops at the MakerLab.
Over two years, the strategy powered 85 events across Brazil, converting 36% of attendees into enrollments and driving 20% growth in the school network.

What is Escola Mais?
Escola Mais is a Brazilian school network built around a non-traditional teaching methodology, blending academic curriculum with hands-on, project-based learning. Rather than following a purely conventional model, the network focuses on developing students through practical experiences, technology, and real-world skills, while continuously expanding into new neighborhoods to bring this approach to more families.

The Chalenge
Escola Mais Experience was born from the need to present Escola Mais' non-traditional teaching methodology to families and students in a scalable, effective way.
The school network was growing fast and needed to launch new schools across different neighborhoods.
The purpose
Escola Mais Experience was designed as a hands-on experience of the school's methodology. The journey started with the invitation and continued through to the post-event follow-up.
During the 3-hour event, families got to see how the school's pedagogical approach worked in practice, while students rolled up their sleeves in technology and robotics workshops at the MakerLab Experience.
Beyond the experience itself, families received a full tour of the school's facilities, could enroll on the spot with special conditions, and got an up-close look at all the materials used in the school's curriculum.
