Déborah de Andrade

I'm passionate about living new experiences. Maybe that's why I left Brazil's capital for the vibrant city of São Paulo, and soon after, decided to start over in Montreal, Canada, diving into two new languages and a new degree: Business Management.

My journey goes far beyond a traditional career in Advertising, the field in which I hold a bachelor’s degree. I've always believed that communication is everywhere and that real results come not only from numbers but from people who leave an experience wanting more.

I've worked as a creative strategist in advertising agencies, co-founded one of the largest volunteer NGOs in Brazil, served in the public sector, and, in recent years, focused on education: leading marketing and sales strategy for a network of schools, working in product marketing at an educational fintech, and then in a healthtech company focused on schools.

In the end, this is what my work is about: creating experiences that move people, connect them, and leave a lasting impression, because every detail tells a story.
